carlin is dead, as noted previous, and this saddens me. however, had i ever met the man, he would have crushed my balls with a hammer for mourning.

so let's move on, shall we?

i've responded to an offer that forces me to make one. hopefully i'll get practice out of this too, as my skills are, shall we say, rusty.

The first 10 people who comment on this journal will get a sketch, free. However, in return, you must offer 10 free sketches in your own journal. If you've already done 10 Free Sketches, simply link the journal entry in your comment... You still qualify.

01 - I will NOT draw your request until I see this in your journal.
02 - In your comment, include a link to a reference picture of the character you want me to draw. Or write me a description.

a few further stipulations for my own behalf. since i'm adding these, there's no need for you to follow suit in your giveaway unless you feel the urge.

04 - in case anyone's thinking it, no porn for you. you'd be disappointed, i'd be disappointed, it'd be a disaster. bud nipped.

05 - the sketch will be done in GIMP with use of the tablet. it will likely be quick, likely sketchy, and likely unpolished, as that's a feel i'd like to explore right now. if you don't like this, better tell me first.

06 - ALL SKETCHES WILL BE IN BLACK AND WHITE UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE. SPE-CI-FY, COMPRENDE?

I'll say yes to the sketches... But um...Can I have some time? ^^; I'm kind of cleaning my room (she says as she's been doing it for weeks) but now I have to get it done so I don't think I'll have time to sit down and draw until I get this cleaned and I hope that's at least by the middle of next week ^^;

And Carlin... It's such a shame :(
